26 November 2024, Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, United Kingdom
The Atlantic Future Forum exists to strengthen the defence, security, technology, and trading relationships between democratic nations.
The Atlantic Future Forum will take place on Tuesday 26 November 2024 at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, London. The Forum will be one of the UK’s international leadership events helping to inform, debate and shape responses to the geopolitical trends and challenges confronting the UK and its allies. It will bring together senior politicians, policy makers and military chiefs, together with entrepreneurs, business leaders and academia from the United Kingdom, United States, European Union and our international partners.
The theme for The London Forum will be The New World of geopolitics: New Alliances, New Capabilities, New Challenges. The one-day conference in November will take place following the outcome of the US Presidential election, the appointment of a new NATO Secretary General and the formation of new governments in the UK and France. It will seek to reflect on the security conflicts to Europe’s near East, including in Ukraine and the Middle East, while also casting its gaze further East to the looming threats in the Indo-Pacific. A fresh assessment of strategic priorities, the need for increased collaboration with allies and the need for hard choices on investment and capabilities will shape the Forum agenda.
